Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy
At Rooted in SoIL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have questions or concerns about your order, please review our policy below or contact us at support@rootednsoil.com.
Order Cancellations
We work quickly to process orders. If you need to cancel an order, please email support@rootednsoil.com as soon as possible with your name and order number.
- If your order has not shipped yet: We’ll do our best to cancel it and issue a refund.
- If your order has already shipped: We’re unable to cancel it. Please refer to the Returns section below.
Returns Overview (30 Days)
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Returned with a receipt or proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of personal care and health products that have been opened or used.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Personal care and health products that have been opened or used
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Sale items (final sale)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@rootednsoil.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item(s) and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Refunds (After Inspection)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (processing times vary by bank/payment provider).
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in these situations:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Re-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
- Contact your bank for further information.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rootednsoil.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@rootednsoil.com for instructions.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
If returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
